I took a trial self defense class at GB. I have to say I felt intimidated at first & questioned why am I here being a petite middle age woman with little upper arm strength. I signed up as a member of the amazing GB family and I can honestly say that I am so happy that I pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone and show up. I am a retired Nurse & Self Defense and learning to feel empowered with useful techniques and tools was on my bucket list.

I’ve been training at Gracie Barra Celebration for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the school, the instructor, and my training partners. The culture of any gym always stems from the instructor. At GB Celebration Professor Rodrigo is always very friendly, patient, and offers top notch detailed instruction. The training and facilities were outstanding and the members are very talented and friendly. We definitely recommend training here for anyone in the Celebration area. Thank you guys again!
