And the Muay Thai clinch — a standing grappling position — gives you control in the range where most real-world altercations happen. Professional boxers from Canelo to Lomachenko have added Muay Thai elements to their training for exactly these reasons.
At GB Celebration, you'll train on heavy bags, focus mitts, and Thai pads with partners who push you to improve — not just hold pads while you coast.
