Every class begins with boxing fundamentals: jab mechanics, cross placement, hooks at the correct range, and the defensive head movement that keeps you safe.
Where Muay Thai expands the game is range and versatility. Low kicks destabilize an opponent's base. Knees and elbows deliver fight-ending power at close range where boxing punches lose leverage. And the Muay Thai clinch — a standing grappling position — gives you control in the range where most real-world altercations happen. Professional boxers from Canelo to Lomachenko have added Muay Thai elements to their training for exactly these reasons.
At GB Celebration, you'll train on heavy bags, focus mitts, and Thai pads with partners who push you to improve — not just hold pads while you coast.
