Summer is the perfect time for family training! Join us for our Parents & Kids Class where families bond together on the mat while learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai fundamentals. This special class brings loved ones together to share the experience of training and create wonderful memories.

Parents & Kids classes let you train alongside your child on the same mat. It's one of the most fun and memorable experiences at Gracie Barra — and a great way to see firsthand what your child is learning. No experience needed.
