Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program for kids ages 4-13 combines fun, fitness, and life skills in a safe, supportive environment.
Little Champions I (Ages 4-8)
Perfect for ages 4-8, our Little Champions I program teaches fundamental BJJ skills, discipline, and teamwork through 50-minute classes with drills and controlled sparring.

Little Champions II (Ages 9-13)
Our Juniors program challenges kids ages 9-13 with advanced BJJ techniques and leadership skills in 50-minute classes, preparing them for competition or personal growth.

Gi (With Kimono) and No-Gi Classes
