Martial Arts for Teens
in Celebration, FL
At 14, students move up from Little Champs into the teen and adult program. Teens can train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA at Gracie Barra Celebration, with evening classes that fit around school.
Three Ways to Train
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi): the core of Gracie Barra; control, escapes and submissions. Evenings Mon–Fri at 6:30 PM.
- Muay Thai: punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch. Tue, Thu & Fri at 7:30 PM.
- MMA: striking, takedowns and ground work combined. Tue & Thu at 11:00 AM, a good fit for homeschool or flexible schedules.
Why It Works for Teens
- Clear goals through the belt system
- A training community outside of school
- Practical self-defense built on technique, not size
- Optional competition through the Saturday Adults Competition class
New or Coming from Little Champs
Teens moving up from our kids program already know the GB structure. Brand-new teens start with fundamentals, and coaches match partners by size and experience.
