Our Programs
The most traditional form of Jiu-Jitsu, in this style you will learn how to perform techniques using a Gi (or Kimono). It is a great style to develop your grappling skills in the competitive part of the sport.
A more modern style of Jiu-Jitsu, in this form you will learn how to perform techniques without the use of the Gi, which is perfect to use in more realistic scenarios such as self-defense situations.

This is truly an amazing school to learn and train at.
A clean and organized facility with an excellent staff always willing to help.
Professor Rodrigo hosts a diverse group of students and is accommodating to everyone that enters. Professor stresses a disciplined, train hard and train safe environment and reminds us daily in class to “take care of our training partners”.
Shortly after I joined this school, my wife joined and she was welcomed with open arms as she began her training. Training here has made her a stronger and more confident person.
I couldn’t give a more positive review for this school if I tried and I recommend it for anyone looking to train in this art.
